Agreement

By playing Untitled Space Game or using the appeals service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the appeals service.

What AEGIS is

AEGIS is an anti-cheat system for Untitled Space Game on Roblox. It records in-game activity, flags behaviour that breaks the game rules, and keeps the evidence for review. AEGIS is operated by the developer of AEGIS, not by the developer of Untitled Space Game.

Roblox

Untitled Space Game runs on Roblox, and Roblox's own Terms of Use and Community Standards also apply. AEGIS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox.

Appeals

You can appeal an AEGIS ban once per ban. The ban is identified by the time it started, so a later ban can be appealed separately. If an appeal results in a shortened ban, that shortened ban cannot be appealed again.

The team can accept an appeal and lift or shorten the ban, deny it, or ask for more information. Decisions are made after reviewing the ban, the evidence and what you send. Appeals and their history are stored permanently so the record stays available.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, impersonate another player, harass the team, or try to bypass the appeals process. Abuse can lead to the appeal being closed and may affect future requests.

Data

Signing in with Roblox gives AEGIS your Roblox user ID, username, display name and avatar. The appeals service stores your appeal, its messages and its timeline. How data is handled is described in the privacy policy.

Availability

The appeals service is provided as it is. It may be unavailable during maintenance or outages, and a decision is not guaranteed within any particular time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer of AEGIS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the appeals service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as AEGIS changes. The date below shows the latest version.
